What a fantastic report on an amazing company! I'm sure that many Americans - like me - have not heard anything about Rwanda since the genocide in the 1990s, so it is also really encouraging to hear this update on how much progress and rebuilding has happened there.

This is absolutely brilliant, and completely amazing. My heart is seriously warmed! Such a better use for drones than either killing each other, or just delivering the latest Amazon doodad. And it's an absolutely genius system!
One follow-up question - how do they manage shipments of temperature dependent things? Do they have cold-packs they can send along? Seems like that might add unfortunate extra weight. Are the flights short enough it's not really an issue? Something else?
I really hope they're able to expand all over the continent, and then all over the world - there are so many places where roads aren't the greatest but straight-line distances aren't too long, especially if you aren't having to dodge a bunch of other air traffic or personal drones.
One additional follow-on question - how do the drones deliver their supplies when they reach their destination? Do all the delivery sites have a catcher and launcher to send the drones back, or do the drones somehow deliver their packages without actually landing?
Wow!!! I do believe I've never read such an uplifting, article about a real-life company meeting the specific, often immediate, health needs of patients IN THEIR HOMES or wherever, using drones. It's like calling a pharmacy with an urgent need, and they immediately send the drug requested to your home BY AIR...therefore amazingly quickly. What a wonderful, TRUE, story!

They generally do drop their packages without landing, yes!
